Teledentistry can aid in reducing dental claim costs, provide opportunities to grow individual practices, expand services to the underserved, and aid in the management of patients with chronic conditions. As innovations in teledentistry continue to emerge, payers, providers, public health programs, and disease management programs may be able to serve their customers in more efficient ways.
