Van Beach
Experience
Van has more than 15 years of insurance technology and systems experience with enterprise administration and financial modeling systems. His career has been focused on creating products and helping clients leverage technology for business value.
Van has led multiple successful Integrate implementation projects and is continuously using that experience to define product vision, create new solutions for clients, and establish best practices that are broadly leveraged across all implementations.
He has served in client management, business development, consulting, and software engineering roles, as well as product management. Prior to channeling his energy into financial modeling systems, Van spent five years developing and implementing enterprise new business and administration systems as part of Milliman’s STEP Solutions®.
Van began his actuarial career at Minnesota Mutual Life, where he was involved with ALM modeling, pricing of variable and second-to-die products, dividend scale determinations, and reinsurance management. Prior to becoming an actuary, Van was a high school math teacher.
