Michelle N. Angeloni
Michelle Angeloni is a principal and consulting actuary with the Hartford office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2010.
Experience
Michelle’s clients include pharmacy benefit managers, employers and health benefit plan sponsors, insurers, and Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan sponsors. She is an expert in the medical and prescription drug benefits space. Michelle specializes in Medicare Part C and Part D bid development, group retiree drug services, and medical and pharmacy benefit contracting and program evaluation. Michelle’s expertise also includes pricing medical and pharmacy benefits, formulary development, developing actuarial reserves, and performing experience analyses.
Michelle has significant experience working with Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan sponsors on their Part C and Part D bid development. She provides technical and strategic support related to pricing, formulary development, and analysis of ongoing performance.
Michelle assists employers, health benefit plan sponsors, and pharmacy benefit managers with medical and pharmacy benefit program contracting and evaluation. She also supports her clients in creditable coverage testing and Retiree Drug Subsidy attestations.
