He enjoys optimizing clinical programs, data processes, models, and tools to help his clients be more successful. Austin worked in various teaching and IT roles before beginning his actuarial career at Health Care Service Corporation. There he spent eight years leading care management program evaluations; developing clinical identification models, risk adjustment code capture initiatives, and other predictive analytics efforts before joining Milliman.
