Gabriela Dieguez
Gabriela is a principal and consulting actuary with the New York office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2005.
Experience
Gabriela has provided actuarial and consulting services to a wide range of clients, including life sciences, commercial insurers, Medicare Advantage organizations, Managed Medicaid plans, patient advocacy groups, providers, and trade organizations. She advises life science companies and other clients on topics related to health economics, market access, patient affordability, health care reform, Medicare Advantage and Part D, and value-based contracts.
Her consulting with plan sponsors has included Medicare bid certifications, financial feasibility studies for start-up organizations, rate development and benefit design, and actuarial support for mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in Part D, pricing, valuation, analyzing benefit utilization, forecasting trends, and performing claims analytics for particular disease states.
