T. Ryan Ellsworth

As a member of the Defined Benefit Actuarial Services Team, Ryan’s duties include:

• Participating in all phases of the actuarial pension valuation process
• Preparing census data requests
• Reviewing and reconciling participant data
• Reconciling plan assets
• Setting up the actuarial valuation using the ProVal valuation system
• Reviewing valuation output and checking sample results
• Drafting actuarial valuation reports and associated funding calculations
• Drafting IRS Form 5500 and PBGC Form 1
• Preparing participant annual benefit projection statements
• Reviewing benefit calculations for participants who are terminating employment or retiring
• Working with projection models for FAS and ERISA purposes
