Nancy Kariel
Experience
With seven years as reporter/editor in the newspaper business and five years as a marketing coordinator for a service firm, Nancy began working in human resources consulting in 1987. She obtained her designation as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) in 1995. Since then, she has helped to develop communication campaigns to introduce and implement retirement programs as well as health and welfare plans. She works with clients from start to finish to ensure the successful communication of new benefits and changes to existing programs.
In addition to her work as a communication consultant, Nancy is a past president of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the International Society of Certified Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) and served as an officer and board member of that organization for five years.
