Eoin King
Eoin King is a principal and consulting actuary in Milliman's Dublin office. He joined the company in 2008.
Experience
Eoin has more than 15 years of industry experience. During that time, he has worked with a number of different domestic and cross border insurance companies on a wide range of projects.
Eoin's expertise covers topics such as Solvency II, IFRS reporting, product development, enterprise risk management, mergers and acquisitions, internal model development, and capital management.
Eoin currently serves as the Head of Actuarial Function for a number of (re)insurers. He has also discharged the Reviewing Actuary peer review role, as required by the Central Bank of Ireland, in the past.
Eoin has also written papers and delivered presentations to various industry audiences on topics such as Solvency II and Recovery and Resolution Planning.
Eoin is a member of the Life Reinsurance and Innovation Committee of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. He has also served on a number of other committees and working parties in the past.
Prior to joining Milliman, Eoin worked for Irish Life Assurance plc, where he held a position in product development.
