Ali LaRocco

Ali supports the Hartford Health Practice across a variety of projects and subject matters including dental premium rate development, pharmacy benefit manager RFP consulting support, and healthcare reform regulatory analysis.

Prior to joining Milliman, Ali spent six years working for the State of Connecticut in policy and legislative roles, including the Executive branch and the State’s Office of Policy and Management.

Most recently, Ali spent three years with Connecticut’s state-based health insurance exchange founded under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). She provided policy and regulatory support across departments, including impact analysis of proposed regulations and health reform initiatives at the state and federal level. She focused on efforts to coordinate efficiently between the exchange’s partner agencies within the state, and collaborated with other state-based exchanges nationwide.
