Jinnie Olson
Jinnie Olson is a principal and senior defined contribution management consultant with Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration Practice. She joined the firm in 2007.
Experience
Jinnie is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of Taft-Hartley plans. She currently manages a team of professionals who work closely with fund offices and fund administrators to create reporting and processing procedures to suit each plan’s specific needs. She also serves as the daily contact for the Taft-Hartley plan administrators.
Jinnie is currently responsible for client service and daily operation of defined contribution plans, with a focus on multiemployer, employer stock, and complex plan design. She is experienced in managing complex qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, and is well versed in payrolls, processing, and plan reconciliation. Jinnie has been in the employee benefits industry since 2007.
