Jeremy Siborg

As a member of the Hartford Health Practice, Jeremy assists with a variety of projects for both public and private sector clients, including insurance companies, employers, pharmacy benefit managers, and Medicare plan sponsors. Jeremy provides medical and prescription drug benefit consulting services to both commercial and government entities. He assists Medicare Part D plan sponsors with plan design, formulary design, and pricing of prescription drug plans. Jeremy also has experience with rate filing within the Affordable Care Act (ACA) commercial market.
