Reetu Singh

Prior to Milliman, Reetu spent more than five years years in quality control and validation of applications. She started her career in IT quality control with Tata Consultancy Services in 2003.

After taking a break from the industry to earn a PhD in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, she returned to her career as a validation consultant, a position she held at Pfizer, Inc., Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Abbott at different times. In these positions, she was responsible for quality control of applications used for supporting business processes at pharmaceutical industries to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.

Immediately prior to joining Milliman, Reetu was a validation manager at MedPoint Digital, Inc., which specializes in the development of digital platforms for supporting investigator meetings and site training during clinical trials. During her tenure there, she was responsible for all aspects of the quality management process, development of quality and compliance objectives and initiatives, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and revamping and streamlining the entire validation process to ensure the highest level of product quality and quick turnaround times.
