Donna Wix

Donna’s area of expertise is in health care. Current responsibilities include working with large data from the Commercial and Medicare spaces, provider contracting for state co-ops and international clients. She has worked with government entities, drug manufacturers, and health and dental insurers. Her responsibilities for these clients included experience analysis, actuarial projections, rare disease populations, and rate manual review.

Donna also works with drug and device manufacturers, building economic models to showcase the drugs’ and devices’ value to healthcare payers.

Prior to joining the Hartford Health Practice, Donna worked in the Hartford Life Practice for the Triton Group coding Interest Sensitive life insurance data during a client conversion. Prior to her hiatus to take care of family concerns, her experience included: pricing aggregate and specific stop-loss over medical, managing a stop-loss claim department, administering provider reinsurance contracts, and modeling for insurance company investment for cash flow testing.
