Greg is a principal in the Tampa office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1983.
Experience
Greg’s primary area of expertise is Life Plan Communities (also known as continuing care retirement communities or CCRCs). He performs comprehensive actuarial studies for CCRCs, including population projections, actuarial balance sheets, cash flow projections, and actuarial pricing analyses. Greg assists CCRCs with expansions and repositioning, and is experienced in the design, development, and pricing of residency agreements. He has also performed numerous mortality and morbidity studies for lifecare communities.

Affiliations
- Greg served on the ASOP No. 3 Task Force for revision of the CCRC standard of practice. He chaired the Society of Actuaries’ project oversight group for The Analysis of CCRC Data research project and served three years on the Society’s Examination Committee for Course G522—CCRC/Long-Term Care. He also served on the board of directors and the program committee of the Nebraska Actuaries Club.
