Alfred is a principal and consulting actuary with the Financial Risk Management practice in Milliman’s Chicago office. He joined the firm in 2008.
Experience
Alfred specializes in the financial management of variable annuities. He oversees managed services programs for multiple variable annuities blocks, covering statutory and GAAP financial reporting, hedging, and business planning functions.
Alfred also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of variable annuities, having led sell-side and buy-side appraisals of major blocks totaling more than $500 billion in AUM.
