Karen Beckham
Karen Beckham is a principal and DB administration leader for the Pension Administration Services team in the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration Practice. She coordinates the delivery of all aspects of defined benefit administration for plan sponsor clients and is responsible for coaching and mentoring team members.
Experience
Karen has worked in the defined benefit field since 2004. Her experience includes all facets of pension administration, from delivering plan sponsor reports and reviewing benefit calculations, to trustee payment instructions and distribution forms. She has expertise in developing rapport with client contacts, reviewing and interpreting plan documents and calculations, and identifying and proposing strategies for addressing document and regulatory compliance issues.
Prior to joining Milliman, Karen was a professional educator for 22 years, specializing in advanced placement statistics and calculus.
