Angelos manages the MG-Triton quality assurance team, which is responsible for all testing activities for the MG-Triton systems. He leads the QA staff, which defines and institutes testing practices and develops procedures that focus on the production of "defect-less" software. He is also responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of the QA tools, such as the MG-Triton systems Release Matrix and the Output Compare Utility. The QA team, the client support managers, and management use these tools and procedures to define release schedules, report the status of defects, enhancements, documentation changes, actuarial changes, technical initiatives, and functional testing results.
Prior to joining Milliman, Angelos spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as the quality assurance manager.
From 1997-2000, Angelos was the team leader/lab coordinator at the Travelers Property Casualty Distributed Environment performance lab. He managed and executed performance tests for all commercial lines and personal lines client/server, Web, and legacy applications. He was also responsible for evaluation test tools and maintaining the lab design to meet current and future testing requirements.
From 1988-1997, Angelos served in various capacities at Telepartner International Inc. in Connecticut. Telepartner International builds and sells proprietary communication software. As a quality assurance manager, he designed and developed proprietary automated testing tools, a test lab, and test plans for all Telepartner products. As a software developer, he was part of the development effort for a client/server application for software distribution by developing an API interface for a DOS application, maintaining a DOS and OS/2 workstation C code, and maintaining the LU6.2 communications code. He also ported a DOS communications controller to a UNIX server. He provided second and third level support for Host based and PC based products and performed on-site installation and training.
Angelos started his career at Travelers Property Casualty in 1981, where he maintained a personal lines real time system written in COBOL and Assembler. He also worked in the telecommunications division where he designed and implemented extra corporate connections; installed and tested a number of products like TPX, NetView, NLDM, and TRACS; and supported NCP gens and VTAM upgrades.
