Lisa Grove

Lisa has worked in the employee benefits administration field since 1995. She has extensive experience managing various defined benefit plans, administration teams, and technical conversions and implementations. She also has industry experience in defined contribution and health and welfare administration.

As the manager of our systems team, she works closely with our clients and the implementation teams to ensure plan provisions and administrative procedures are clearly defined and configured to allow for a seamless transition to the Milliman platform. Lisa understands the challenges plan administrators face and works tirelessly to identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.

Prior to joining Milliman in 2014, Lisa worked for Northern Trust, Hewitt Associates, and Morneau Shepell in various roles.
