Jessica Hostetler

Jessica has worked in the retirement field since 1998, with experience in defined benefit and defined contribution plan administration. She has experience managing both implementation and administrative teams. She understands the challenges plan administrators face and works to identify opportunities to improve processes as well as system functionality.

As an implementation project manager, Jessica works as the day-to-day contact between the client and the implementation team. She ensures that requirements are defined appropriately for both calculation and process level specifications, and that configuration results fulfill the details defined in requirements and follow Milliman’s standard practices. Jessica also sees that deliverables are provided within defined timeline and meet client expectations. She works alongside the Milliman client service team throughout the implementation period to ensure that the transition to the ongoing administration environment is seamless from the client’s perspective. She works extensively to ensure that communications between parties remains free-flowing through the implementation process.

Prior to joining Milliman in 2014, Jessica worked for Empower Retirement (formerly J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services) in various roles.
