Tom Kim

Tom has been consulting to the international life insurance industry for more than 20 years, the last 15 of which have been spent working on a wide variety of Milliman assignments, ranging from mergers and acquisitions (including demutualizations and IPOs) to financial reporting and forecasting to actuarial systems reviews and implementations.

He was a key contributor to the successful Phoenix Integrate implementation project, leading the reconciliation workstream and serving as a key contributor to liability code development and corporate modeling. More recently, Tom has been working on three ongoing Integrate implementation projects, helping to provide oversight on all aspects of actuarial modeling.

Tom has a wealth of experience working for many international insurance markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and East Asia.
