Imelda Kurniawan

Prior to joining Eldridge Consulting, Imelda began her career in the Jakarta office of Watson Wyatt as a member of the actuarial consulting team.

She has assisted a variety of clients, most of whom are multinational companies. She is responsible for carrying out actuarial calculations for funding purposes (pension programs, Labor Law No. 13/2003) and providing calculation results on international and local accounting standards (PSAK 24, IAS 19, and FAS 87/158).

Imelda advises companies on financial reporting issues for retirement plans. With her strong analytical and communication skills, she helps companies understand the financial reporting of retirement plan liabilities and costs under international and local accounting standards.

She also provides advice on retirement plan design and benchmarking. She has assisted several companies in the selection of appropriate providers for financial institution pension fund plans.
