Eugine Lee

Eugine provides actuarial services for both public and private sector clients with their defined benefit pension and retiree medical plans. He has been involved in all aspects of actuarial valuations and assists with actuarial valuations for funding and accounting purposes, plan design and administration, annual compliance with government reporting requirements for defined benefit plans, experience studies, evaluation of the cost impact of proposed legislation, plan terminations, employee communications and client correspondence, and computer modeling. He has extensive experience with retiree medical valuations and alternative OPEB plan design.

He also has experience working with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), including single-employer distress terminations, determining unfunded benefit liabilities and unpaid contributions for plans in distress, and review of applications for Special Financial Assistance for multiemployer plans.
