Hoon H. Lee

Hoon has expertise in actuarial funding and accounting valuations for qualified, nonqualified, postretirement, and postemployment benefits plans under U.S. GAAP (FASB ASC Subtopics 715-20, 715-30, 715-60, and 712-10), and International Accounting Standards (IAS 19). In addition, he works with plan sponsors with respect to pension plan design, de-risking, asset liability modeling, nondiscrimination testing, and defined contribution replacement plans. He also consults with plan sponsors regarding merger and acquisition analysis with respect to defined benefit and defined contribution plans. 

Hoon’s clients include not-for-profit organizations, hospitals, corporations, private equity firms, law firms, and multiemployer plans (i.e., Taft-Hartley funds) in various industries.
