Laurissa Matesevac

Working in the defined benefit field since 2013, Laurissa has gained experience with many different types of defined benefit plans, including traditional plans, cash balance plans, and non-qualified plans.

She has worked with all aspects of pension administration, from performing benefit calculations and working with trustees implementing plan investment strategies to reviewing plan design changes with committees. Laurissa has managed several special projects, such as plan freezes, mergers, start-up implementations, lump sum cash out windows, and plan terminations. Her focus is to provide the participant and client with a high-quality product. She works to build a solid relationship with her client contacts to better understand and anticipate their needs.

Prior to joining Milliman, Laurissa worked for another third-party administrator and recordkeeper as a relationship manager specializing in defined benefit plans.
