Siddharth has over 12 years of experience on a wide range of projects in the Middle East, Asia, Korea, and the United States. His experience includes:
- Leading the appointed actuary role for multiple clients in the region
- Leading more than 30 IFRS 17 implementation projects for insurance groups, companies, and branches
- Providing consulting to the regulators in the region
- Managing partnerships with other consulting and product companies like KPMG, PWC, and CleverSoft
- Assisting clients in M&A projects with actuarial due diligence
- Managing solvency review, business review, and underwriting review projects for both regulatory and non-regulatory projects
- Developing products and pricing for personal lines
- Conducting reinsurance optimization
- Developing business planning models
- Valuing pensions for U.S. and South Korean clients
Prior to joining Milliman, Siddharth was the Head of Actuarial Department at National Takaful Company – Watania, UAE. Siddharth also has experience working on pension valuations for defined benefits plans with Mercer.
