Katy Mohr
Katy Mohr is a consultant with the Walnut Creek, California, office of Milliman. She started her career with Milliman in 2019.
Experience
Katy specializes in collectively bargained health and welfare plans. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, budgeting and cost projections, contribution rate strategy, strategic planning, benefit design, and cost control. She also assists clients with pricing and developing group health plan coverage, analyzing health claims experience, analyzing and negotiating vendor rates, and determining IBNR claim reserves, self-pay rates, and COBRA rates. Prior to joining Milliman, Katy worked in academic research at the University of California, Berkeley. Katy specializes in health and welfare plans. She currently provides consulting and analytical support for several collectively bargained health and welfare trust clients.
