Lily Taino

Lily is responsible for managing client relationships of defined benefit administration services within the Employee Benefits Administration Practice. She started her retirement industry career back in 1998 and has experience in defined benefit and defined contribution administration. Lily currently manages defined benefit administration client relationships and provides employee benefits consulting. Her experience includes de-risking strategies, implementation projects, vendor management, service integration, process improvements, plan provision changes, and compliance. Prior to joining Milliman, Lily worked at a financial institution administering both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. She also held a benefits specialist position at a competitor.
