
Amy Wicker
Amy Wicker is a principal and relationship manager for the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration Practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, employee communications, plan design, plan conversions, and administration of all types of defined contribution plans. Amy started in the retirement industry in 1990.
Experience
Amy has worked in the employee benefits field her entire career. She works with employers, focusing on designing, implementing, and administering a broad range of qualified and non-qualified retirement programs. In addition, she is the engagement manager and coordinates the full range of services to Milliman’s clients. Her strong technical skills are invaluable in the implementation of innovative solutions to complex problems for her clients.
Prior to joining Milliman, she worked in the field and home offices of a major life insurance company and for two regional actuarial and recordkeeping firms.
