Will has over 15 years of experience using SQL and related technologies to support clients' analytic needs. He is a Subject Matter Expert for all client-related MedInsight processes. In his current role, Will's responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of client success managers
  • Working to transform operational processes to align with Digital Transformation efforts
  • Providing User Acceptance Testing of product releases
  • Managing support escalation

Prior to joining Milliman, Will was a healthcare analyst who provided reporting and developed solutions for self-insured employer groups.
