Irene Wong

Irene is responsible for more than 70 clients, ranging from one-man plans to plans with more than 150 participants. She is also responsible for training new employees and streamlining the functions of the Balance Forward Department.

Irene handles the entire work flow of administration, which includes trust accounting, quarterly valuations, annual administrations, and tax reporting. She is the contact for all of her clients and participants. She has also administered flexible spending plans. Irene joined Lawrence Johnson and Associates (which Milliman acquired in 2006) in 1998.
