Since their inception, MG-Triton® systems have exploited emerging, user-friendly technology. The results offer greater ease of use and convenience than competing systems.
MG-Triton is a client/server product developed using Microsoft Windows 64-bit architecture, Microsoft Visual C++, and Microsoft Foundation Classes. In addition, MG-Triton utilizes Microsoft SQL Server to store and retrieve plan assumptions and valuation job parameters.
MG-Triton is completely scalable and may be run on a stand-alone PC or in a server environment. It will process on multiple PCs and/or multiple processors within a PC. MG-Triton has always placed a high priority on auditability and controls and provides the necessary framework for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. The plan database provides an audit trail utility that tracks users' access and manipulation of the plan database.
MG-Triton offers optimum flexibility and efficiency, because it allows users to access data across a variety of enterprise software programs and offers the ability to design custom reports. MG-Triton’s "results" files (including seriatim results, projection files, Exhibit 5, and more) are in formats that can be ported to enterprise data repositories and accessed using third-party reporting packages.
All software components are maintained using a source code management system (SCMS), which allows all code changes to be tracked, also allowing Milliman to recreate any delivered system to a client on demand.
