Bill is a principal and consulting actuary with the New York office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1989.
Experience
Bill works with life insurance companies on a variety of matters, including asset adequacy analysis, valuation, financial reporting, risk-based capital, asset modeling, product development and pricing, and actuarial appraisals for mergers and acquisitions.
Bill has significant experience working with smaller insurance companies, particularly in relation to valuation and financial reporting.

Bill regularly presents at Society of Actuaries meetings. He has also made presentations at the American Academy of Actuaries and regional actuarial meetings.

Understanding VM-20 Results
