Sinead Clarke is a principal in the Dublin office working in the Life and Health Practices.
Experience
Sinead has almost 15 years of experience working in actuarial valuation teams for a wide variety of clients, including unit linked insurers and non-life insurers. She is an expert on the Solvency II requirements of the Actuarial Function and the CBI’s Domestic Solvency Regime.
Sinead’s experience includes a wide range of actuarial work for both domestic and cross-border insurance companies in Ireland, with a focus on Solvency II (Pillar I, II, and III), embedded value, financial projections, and capital management. She has also worked on a number of mergers and acquisition projects and portfolio transfers. She has also worked on the new licence application for a number of insurance start-ups in the Irish market.
