Brian H. Studebaker
Brian Studebaker is a principal and healthcare analytics consultant with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1993.
Experience
Brian’s professional area of practice is healthcare information technology, primarily in decision support systems, data analytics, and premium rating system implementation. His clients include ACOs, insurance companies, employers, and other government entities. He assists clients with various projects, including MedInsight implementations, MedInsight client management, evidence-based medicine development, data aggregation projects, custom report development, claims system selection, XLogic and Broker Portal implementation, and custom data warehouse development.
In addition to technology competency, Brian brings an extensive knowledge of managed care structures and business functions, such as pricing structures and provider network selection to client work. He also serves as an internal resource on HIPAA regulations and software development.
Brian manages the Milwaukee Health Information Technology Practice.
