Christine Perkovich O'Brien
Christine Perkovich O'Brien is a compliance consultant who leads Milliman’s compliance team and supports property & casualty insurance product development. She focuses on InsurTech solutions and develops insurance products for emerging markets in personal and commercial lines. Her services include:

Christine consults with lead rate development actuaries to draft and organize coverage options, forms, and rules that are consistent with the rating algorithm and prepares the associated regulatory filing support. She manages rate, rule, underwriting, model, and form filings for all 50 states across property & casualty lines of business.
The compliance team that Christine leads is available to support clients and internal Milliman actuaries with their compliance needs.
Experience
Prior to joining Milliman, Christine worked at Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) as a Paralegal Instructor. In that role, Christine was responsible for developing curriculum, teaching legal and technical skill-related courses, and overseeing the associate degree program. While at FVTC, Christine was also involved in organizing and hosting continuing legal education opportunities to licensed attorneys and paralegals. She has served as the Director of the Fox Valley Free Legal Assistance Clinic, which provided free legal services to the community. Christine became one of the first paralegals in the State of Wisconsin to become certified through the State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal (SBWCP) program and served on the board of directors.
Prior to FVTC, Christine worked at a specialty insurer. Her first role was as a regulatory compliance analyst where she managed countrywide form, rate, and rule filings and drafted policies and endorsements for personal and commercial lines products. In her next role, Christine served as a law specialist, negotiating contracts and providing compliance guidance with regard to claims, underwriting, and corporate operations. She also has extensive experience as a paralegal in private practice and within the Wisconsin judicial system.
