Angela Reed is a principal and consultant in the San Diego Health Practice. She joined the firm in 2013. She has worked in pharmacy benefits management since 2008.
Angela previously worked for a nationally recognized, full-service Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) in a variety of roles within operations. In her current role, Angela leads a team of pharmacy benefits professionals that provide consulting services to self-funded payers, including health plans, state systems, Medicare Part D plans, Medicaid plans, union funds, coalitions, employer groups, and third-party administrators.
Angela’s team consists of pharmacists, consultants, actuaries, project managers, and analysts that help clients manage and oversee their PBM relationships.
